So despite the snow scare back home we managed to take off more or less on time, arrived a touch ahead of schedule.

Thrifty car rental came up trumps, got a great 4WD Toyota Highlander, comfy, loads of room, hope it will serve us well over the coming weeks.

Spending the night in Calgary before driving down to the Rockies tomorrow.
