It was a busy few days in Nelson but having now moved on to our next destination I eventually got time to sit down and put this together. It's just a wee timelapse of our journey from Fernie to Nelson on Wednesday 21st March.
As with a lot of photography and video, it's ever so difficult, especially for amateurs like us, to get something out of the camera that looks remotely like what we see with our own eyes. This is especially the case with scenic shots like these. It's an old adage but you really do have to be here to believe it.
But, and its big but, this video is nothing (that's nothing, zilch, ) compared to the one that will follow in a day or two of our trip from Nelson to Revelstoke ... we just did that today and boy oh boy was that special.
